Ericka is my favorite server! Thurs-Sun their tacos have never failed not to be AMAZING. Especially when she's working! They have the Best Tacos Ive ever personally had and in Minnesota. While uptown is uptown, you know where to be; this is a nice spot to come with your friends. We're obsessed with their Elotes, Quesabirria, Horchata, and most of all their TACOS!!

Taqueria is located on the corner and has parking in the back which is convenient. It might sketchy neighborhood for some however I feel pretty safe. its across from a liquor store and laundry mat. Parking lot is small yet always available 1 hour spots for the restaurant. Food 4/5 Elotes with lime are my go to! One of my favorite spots. Ambiance: Has lots of great seating, natural lighting, window views to the street life and music. Bathroom requires a code, isn't the cleanliest or filthiest I've witnessed however it'll do. Service: Always great service, greets me quickly- whether I dine in or order beforehand. Cost 4/5 Affordable with lots of selections however with inflation the cost of one Elotes is now $4.94. Total $10.00 for 2 Elotes. Overall 5/5 Its a great spot!

Holy moly. The pumpkin flower (? I think this was their translation) tacos at the Minneapolis location are so, so, so divine. They're wonderfully soft, warm, and delicately diverse, with lots of cooked veggies and many good--i think house-made--salsas. Definitely get the calabaza tacos if you see them available!!

My favorite place to get a late night bite. They have the best masa tortilla quesadillas. Love the variety of meats and salsa's.

You can not go wrong with Taqueria Los Ocampos- big delicious portions at great prices and the salsa verde is amazing (ask for extra!)! i've had the tacos (lengua, quesabirria, carnitas, asada, etc) and all are fantastic every time plus the consume that comes with the quesabirria is so flavorful and comes piping hot. The burrito meal combos are HUGE and comes with chips and guac. You can definitely make 2-3 meals with them. The menudo is also delicious. Overall, i would highly recommend a visit.

I ordered two Huarache (one shredded chicken and one Mexican style pork) to go through DoorDash. I put my order in a few hours ahead of time, but it still arrived warm so that was a huge plus! The order came with four (four!!!) different dip options which was super cool. The pros: HUGE. You definitely only need one per person. The meat was very well seasoned and covered in toppings. I'd definitely order the pork one again!! The cons: this is pretty greasy (but that's pretty typical of this dish). The real unfortunate part for me was that all four of the sauces were not great. Three of them were way too spicy (and I have a low spice tolerance so take that with a grain of salt) and the 4th was a cilantro sauce which I am not a fan of at all. None of this is really the fault of the restaurant so I won't go too hard on it, but maybe one of the sauces could be creamy? Just a thought. Anyway, I'd definitely order these again!
